Print to order, not to stock
Keep blank garments and a stack of transfers, and press each size and color when it sells. A design that does not sell costs you a few transfers, not a box of printed shirts.
Getting more from every sheet
- Fill the gaps with neck labels, sleeve hits and small logos — space on the sheet is already paid for.
- Mix sizes: one large back print plus several chest prints uses a sheet better than large prints alone.
- Order drops together: more sheets in one order lowers the price per sheet automatically.
Layout advice is in how to design a DTF gang sheet.
Artwork that prints sharp
Send a PNG or PDF at 300 DPI in RGB with a transparent background, up to 22 inches wide, with about 0.2 in (5 mm) between designs. A white underbase is added automatically at no extra cost. Fine lines and gradients print in full color; anything that is not transparent in the file will be printed.
Stickers for packaging and merch
UV DTF stickers are peel-and-stick transfers for hard surfaces such as tumblers, phone cases and boxes. USA pricing runs from $28 per sheet down to $19 at 31 sheets or more, and they can ship in the same order.
