RoyalDTF DTF transfers, DTF gang sheets and UV DTF stickers are custom, made-to-order products. Because each order is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. This policy explains what happens if something is actually wrong with your order.

  1. What counts as a defect

A defect means the print differs from your approved file because of a RoyalDTF error - for example torn film, cracked or missing white underbase, the wrong size or DPI, or a printer colour issue on our side. It does NOT include: artwork you supplied in RGB or the wrong colour mode printing differently in CMYK, or a file you approved that simply does not look the way you imagined. Our production system automatically reviews every file before printing and free of charge fixes what it safely can (resizing, DPI, white underbase); if something looks genuinely wrong with your file, we contact you before printing rather than printing it as-is.

  1. How to report a problem

Contact contact@royaldtf.com with your order number and photos of the defect within 14 days of delivery.

  1. What happens next

We always try to find a solution with you first. If your order has a genuine defect, we offer a reprint as the first remedy - replacement shipping is on us, via DHL Express. If you would rather not have a reprint, you can choose a full refund instead; that choice is yours.

  1. Order changes and cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 1 hour of placing it. Production starts fast after that, so please check your file carefully before confirming. To change your artwork or combine orders after that window, contact us as soon as possible at contact@royaldtf.com - we handle this case by case and cannot guarantee changes once printing has started.
