Why keep transfers in stock

Unpressed DTF transfers store well when kept flat in a cool, dry place. Ordering a larger batch a few times a year means you can press a hoodie the day a customer asks for it instead of waiting for a parcel — and a bigger order also lowers the price per sheet.

Shipping to Alaska

Orders ship by DHL Express with tracking. Delivery to the USA usually takes 2–3 business days after the 24–48 hour production time; addresses far from the main hubs can take longer, so order well ahead of a season or an event. There is no remote-area surcharge on our side.

Pressing hoodies and heavier garments

  • Pre-press the garment for a few seconds to remove moisture and flatten the fabric.
  • Press at 302°F (150°C) with firm pressure for 8 seconds, then peel hot or cold.
  • Keep seams, zippers and pockets off the platen so the pressure stays even.

DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, denim and canvas.

Can I mix designs on one sheet?

Yes. A 22 × 38 in gang sheet can carry any mix of designs and sizes; leave about 0.2 in (5 mm) between them.

What file do you need?

Send a PNG or PDF at 300 DPI in RGB with a transparent background, up to 22 inches wide, with about 0.2 in (5 mm) between designs. A white underbase is added automatically at no extra cost.

Do you print in Alaska?

No. Orders are printed in our European production house and delivered to your door by DHL Express.
