What Alabama customers print most

  • Game-day and fan apparel — full-color designs with no extra cost per color, so a detailed design costs the same as a one-color logo.
  • School and church shirts — names, mascots and event dates on small runs.
  • Youth league uniforms — numbers and sponsor logos on polyester jerseys.
  • Small-business workwear — logos on tees, polos and aprons.

Planning around an event

Add the 24–48 hour production time to DHL's usual 2–3 business days and allow about a week before a game, fundraiser or reunion. These are typical times, not guaranteed dates.

How to order

Send a PNG or PDF at 300 DPI in RGB with a transparent background, up to 22 inches wide, with about 0.2 in (5 mm) between designs. A white underbase is added automatically at no extra cost. Upload a finished sheet or arrange your designs in the builder; every file is checked before it is printed.

Frequently asked questions

How many shirt designs fit on one sheet?

About ten chest-size designs (roughly 6 × 8 in) fit on one 22 × 38 in sheet, which works out to about $1.04 per print at the single-sheet price.

How do I press the transfers?

Press at 302°F (150°C) with firm pressure for 8 seconds, then peel hot or cold. Pressed correctly they last 90+ washes.
